Fire Extinguisher/Fire Protection Equipment Service Technician

Fire Extinguisher Technician
Immediate opening for a fire extinguisher/fire protection technician performing inspection &
maintenance on a variety of fire extinguisher types as well as installation of new units. Technicians also provide maintenance &
repair of emergency lighting.
All necessary equipment, tools and training are provided.
Ability to communicate properly with customers, provide excellent customer service and work efficiently from a service vehicle in a pre-arranged route.
This position is based at the corporate office in Westminster, MD, and serves our customers in Maryland &
Pennsylvania.
This position requires a level of organization, customer service, code interpretation and ability to work independently and as a team.

Requirements
Must be able to walk frequently and climb ladders occasionally
Must be able to stretch, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent

Work hours 8:
00am – 4:
30pm with some adjustments based on customer’s request.
Salary range:
$18.00 - $20.00/hour depending on experience
