Financial & Resource Services Support - Program Manager

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial &
Resource Services Support Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager at ARETUM, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage programs related to financial and resource services for our government clients.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Design and maintain the project plan, alignment of resources, management to deliverable deadlines, and contract management to maintain cost control, schedule, and quality of all financial and resource services.
Develop and maintain financial management plans, including cost analysis and forecasting for resources and services.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide strategic advice and recommendations for financial and resource management efforts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
Track and report on financial performance and resource utilization to stakeholders.
Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to achieve program objectives.
Collaborate with clients to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with financial and resource services.
Requirements
Must have managed similar activities within the Department of State
10+ years of relevant experience managing Financial contracts in the Federal space
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
PMPor equivalent highly desirable.
Degree in finance/accounting/business highly desirable
Advance Degree in finance/accounting/business more desirable
