Job Description:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors by coordinating a wide range of appointments and providing various administrative support. You will work closely with our advisors to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery to our expanding customer base. This role involves making outgoing calls to schedule appointments—no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule appointments for financial advisors.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Assist financial advisors during their field visits.
Maintain accurate records and manage client information.
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Please note that this position is not remote. It requires working in our office.
Requirements
Organized and solid professional demeanor.
Excellent telephone etiquette and articulation.
Previous experience in sales, appointment mapping, and/or agent sales support.
Ability to handle objections and overcome them based on training tools and scripting objectives.
Incredible work ethic and reliable attendance.
Familiarity with Windows-based programs.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Experience in the insurance industry is helpful but not required.
