In this position, you will closely collaborate with our financial advisors to coordinate a wide range of appointments, taking advantage of our expanding customer base. Moreover, you will provide various administrative support. These calls are outgoing;
no cold calling is required.

We are looking for service-oriented individuals to support our agents during their field visits.

Please note that this position is not remote. It requires working in our office.
Requirements
Organized, solid professional
Great telephone etiquette and articulation
Previous experience in sales, appointment mapping and/or agent sales support
Ability to handle objections and overcome them based on training tools and scripting objectives
An incredible work ethic and show up to work every day on time
Familiarity with Windows-based programs
Work independently while being a team player.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Deadline and detail-oriented
Insurance industry experience, helpful
