Financial Analyst

Job Description
This position performs basic accounting and operational functions for a regional office of a privately held firm involved primarily in the international merchandising and manufacturing of agricultural commodities and biofuels.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Analyze and explain fluctuations for regional reporting of on-hand inventory, processing volumes, headcount, and industrial fixed and variable costs.
Support the budget process performed by operations and accounting by reviewing and analyzing all regional industrial budget data for accuracy and completeness.
Support the industrial facilities through reviewing, analyzing, and auditing industrial controls
Prepare monthly industry presentations for regional and global stakeholders by working with facility management and other groups within LDC.
Prepare consolidated budget presentations by working with facility supervisors and other groups within LDC.
Perform ad hoc requests for analysis and information related to industrial operations.
