Financial Analyst

Staff Perm is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist a Financial Services company with month-end closing and other account duties. Responsible for compiling and analyzing financial information for the company. This position also develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. In addition, it creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. This position routinely performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
In this role you will help with:

* Pulling up data, uploading into systems, ensuring accuracy.

8AM - 5PM (Hybrid - Tues &
Weds in office) (Work from home Mon, Thur and Friday)
PAY:
$35hr

Job Duties
* Develops and produces company and department budgeting and analyzes variances that occur.
* Creates and maintains financial models.
* Develops and produces forecasted financials and presentation materials.
* Manages individual projects as assigned.
* Performs ad hoc projects related to the entire function of forecasting, budgeting, and other financial areas that impact the company, and summarizes results using verbal, written, and formal presentation technique.
* Develops recommendations for improvements that affect the companys financial performance.
* Ensures compliance with Exeters policies &
procedures, safety, state and federal laws, regulations and standards.
Education and Work Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field. CPA is preferred
* Two (2+) years of direct related experience.
* MS Excel skills
* Requires effective communications skills.
* Strong analytical and planning abilities.
* Must have strong mathematical and statistical, data mining, spreadsheets and graphic illustrations abilities.
