Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will design, manage, and document data stores, data warehouses, and/or subject areas, as well as assess opportunities for improving or consolidating data stores, data warehouses, and their data elements.

The Finance Transformation - Data Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Manage data and perform development or maintenance work on complex data models to support enterprise projects.
Evaluate data model discrepancies and provide solutions to complicated data integration challenges.
Coordinate with business units and technical staff to understand data usage, lineage, and attributes.
Evaluate and support the alignment of data architecture workstreams with business objectives.
Recommend opportunities for new data models and/or the reuse of data models in new environments.

Qualifications
Minimum Required Experiences

2 years
Strong SQL Experience
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication, and collaboration skills
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
1+ years' AWS cloud-based technology services experience
Must be a self-starter and motivated to learn new technologies, skills, and knowledge required by duties and responsibilities in required timeframe

Desired Experiences

Bachelor degree or equivalent
Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) architecture and technologies such as S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, and ECS, among others
Skilled in JSON
Experience in Agile ceremonies and best practices
Experience working for a financial services company

Skills

Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) architecture and technologies such as S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, and ECS, among others
Skilled in JSON
