We are looking for a Finance &
Strategy Senior Analystto join the Banking Finance team at Cash App. This position will partner with the business on strategic planning, growth, investment decisions, and performance measurement. As a key contributor on our team, you will work closely with the Product and Ops teams, playing an essential role driving strategy and financial insights for Banking products.
Recognizing that companies will title positions differently, this role is leveled similar to an Associate at other firms. Please note that we are a remote-first company and are open to hiring remotely within the United States.
You will:
Drive strategic planning:
Forecast and analyze financial performance, including owning the forecast model and communicating important takeaways to stakeholders
Enable data-driven decisions:
Develop analysis and synthesize insights to understand cost / benefit tradeoffs and financial impact of new products
Drive visibility into performance and growth:
Assist in preparation of materials and ad-hoc analyses for product business partners, Cash leadership, investor relations, and our board to help drive understanding of performance to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with Product, Partnerships, Data Science, among others to support decision making
