We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an HVAC Filter Service Technician. As an HVAC Filter Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing filter maintenance and replacement services for HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and longevity of HVAC systems. Responsibilities
Inspect HVAC systems and determine the appropriate filter replacement needs
Remove and replace HVAC filters according to manufacturer specifications
Clean and maintain reusable filters
Ensure proper disposal of used filters
Inspect and clean filter housing and related components
Document filter replacement and maintenance activities
Respond to service calls and provide filter service in a timely manner
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
Requirements
Prior experience in HVAC filter service preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and filters
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Keen attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and move heavy HVAC filters
Basic understanding of safety protocols
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
