K Building Services is seeking an experienced Field Services Branch Manager to lead operations at our Rochester Branch! This is a premier management position within a high-performance environment of profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction. This position presents a dynamic opportunity to help optimize the company’s core operational and financial processes, while developing and managing strategic branch metrics. In support of these primary responsibilities, the ideal Branch Manager will be a self-starter and be financially as well as operationally minded, with the highest of integrity.

What You'll Do
Field Operations
Manage job scheduling and resource assignments
Evaluate and develop employees
Monitor formal training
Ensure compliance with safety requirements
Implement process improvements
Business Development
Drive branch growth by leveraging new and existing customer relationships
Work alongside our Sales Team to ensure proper job pricing and estimates
Ensure disciplined follow-up on bids
Financial Performance
Optimize branch earnings with a focus on annual earnings growth
Payroll Metrics
Approve and submit weekly hours and expense reimbursements for branch payroll processing
Safety Compliance
Ensure ongoing adherence to critical safety protocols
Perform job hazard analysis
Complete pre-work checklists and equipment checks
Asset Management
Track and maintain all branch inventory, equipment, vehicles, and maintenance logs
Who You Are
You have 3+ years of relatable leadership experience in Field Service Operations (this is a requirement)
You have 3+ years of leadership experience in Field Sales
You have a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, with a highly-organized approach and strong attention to detail
You have the ability to work with high level of autonomy and persevere through daily challenges
You are capable of identifying and suggesting improvements to operational and/or sales processes
You are a team player able to work well with senior executives, colleagues, and field technicians
You have a valid driver’s license
You are available to work occasional evenings and weekends
You reside in or are willing to relocate to the Rochester, NY area
Nice To Have
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
You have relevant experience working in a company providing field services to commercial and/or residential customers
You are proficient in reading income statements and making operational adjustments based on performance
You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, or similar area of study
You are bilingual (English &
Spanish)
