Job Description
We are hiring for the Elga Labwater business unit, a division of Veolia Water Technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Supervisor to oversee and manage our West coast field service team. The Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all field service activities, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, have a strong technical background, and be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of service to customers in your own territory, plus supervise and coordinate the activities of the West coast field service team, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement work schedules, assignments, and resource allocation plans to meet client service requirements.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and coaching as needed to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee field service operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or issues, resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to field service activities, including work orders, service requests, and customer feedback.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and increased efficiency within the field service department.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative service solutions.
