Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and maintain instruments meeting client needs.
Troubleshoot and repair QPatch &
Qube systems for uninterrupted operation.
Train clients on instrument usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support and build strong client relationships.
Document service activities and collaborate with teams for product improvement.
Qualifications:
B.S. in Engineering, related field, or equivalent certification.
Experience with field service work and service management systems.
Knowledge of liquid handling devices and network configuration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
