Job Description
The Field Service Engineer Tech (primarily supporting SC NC, GA, FL) will report to the National Field Service manager. He/She will provide necessary support for chemical feed equipment, automation in dosing Chemistry into industrial water applications. Activities include scope-outs, installation, system commissioning, programming, calibration, project execution, onsite training, post installation troubleshooting for equipment used to dose and control chemicals to water &
process application streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication with colleagues, commercial sales teams, application engineering, and end customers, in scheduling, organizing on-site work, execution of install or problem resolution, summary reports and administrative tracking
Commissioning, configuring provided equipment, programming controllers, then validating dynamic Chemical feed equipment operation on startup by calibration, validation, verification, in the safest manner possible and provide ongoing hardware/software support.
Troubleshooting hardware and software problems for customers and/or the field sales force via remote support technologies or on-site at customer locations. Resolving issues by repairing and/or calibrating instruments in accordance with designated O&
M manuals

Ensuring all administrative duties and protocols are followed completed within prescribed timelines.
