Field Operations Specialist

As the Field Operations Specialist, you will support field operations to ensure guests’ satisfaction, as well as supporting owners’ needs and provide back up support to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
Provide superior service to our owners and guests
Use of our reservation system and app to provide outstanding customer service
Perform pre-arrival inspections of homes to ensure quality standards
Promptly reports/corrects any inconsistencies/maintenance issues with speed and accuracy to ensure guest satisfaction
Assist with guest and owner needs, including responding to after-hours calls (evenings and weekends) in a timely manner
Hand guest issues, relaying to maintenance and do follow-up on pending items
Perform light maintenance tasks (swap propane tanks, change light bulbs, etc)
Manage administration, including invoicing, vendor scheduling and package/delivery management
Work with our property management system to support our housekeeping and maintenance departments
Maintain par stock of guest supplies and organize supply inventories
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Work closely with the General Manager in supporting general operations as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in customer service or quality control/assurance
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency at times, as well as working in a team environment
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work self-directed and have initiative
Ability to adapt and be flexible with different projects on a short notice
Experience in the hospitality industry, preferred
Working Conditions
Able and willing to work weekends, on-call after hours and/or holidays when needed
Office work environment and out in the field, as well as some work from home
Must have reliable transportation
Schedules vary based on business need, so flexibility is expected
Position requires employee to stand, walk, drive throughout shift
Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30lbs
Indoors and outdoors work environment
Position may come into contact with pets
Schedules vary based on business need, so flexibility is expected
Position occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Compensation
$26 - $30/hr
