Field Manager For Bounce House And Delivery Operations

As an Independent Contractor, you will be an essential part of our operations, directly impacting our success and customer happiness. You will handle the delivery, installation, and collection of bounce houses and other inflatable entertainment equipment at various event locations. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working outdoors, and is passionate about providing exceptional service.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport bounce houses and related equipment to and from event locations.
- Install and dismantle bounce houses according to safety standards and protocols.
- Inspect and clean equipment before and after each use to ensure they meet our quality and safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering any questions and ensuring customer satisfaction with the setup.
- Manage inventory and report any equipment damages or issues to the management team.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and drive safely with large and/or heavy loads.
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivery services, event setups, or similar roles preferred but not essential.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor conditions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States as an independent contractor.
