Job Description
Responsible for communicating complex technical issues and recommendations to the Project Manager. Oversight and scheduling of one or two large construction projects or multiple small projects including all aspects of staffing;
overall administrative and technical direction;
leading or assisting with preparation of estimates;
overseeing the bid phase, subcontractor, vendor scope and costs;
delivering complete written bid packages for multiple trades. Interfacing with client, architect, union, subcontractors, security, etc.
