Full-Time Role:
32-40 hours/week

Salary:
$25.00 USD/hour
Compensation Package Overview:
Guaranteed Pay for Allocated Hours:
Earn full pay even if work is completed early;
additional hours are also billable.

Competitive Pay Scale:

Earn between $100 and $500 for meeting quality and efficiency targets, with no required rework or unanticipated overages.
Incremental Pay Increases:
Base pay will be increased by $1 per hour for every 25 fences installed without rework or overtime, up to a maximum of $5 per hour.
Progressive Starting Bonuses:
Receive a $100 bonus in the first month, $200 in the second month, and $300 in the third month.
Expected Earnings After Three Months:
From the fourth month, anticipate a standard rate of $30 per hour and eligibility for the $500 monthly performance bonus.
Short Job Overview:
The Installer position at CR Fence &
Handrail involves interpreting instructions, drawings, or specifications to accurately and safely install fencing, requiring a solid understanding of the materials, methods, and tools involved. This role adheres to company policies and procedures to ensure quality standards. To perform successfully, the individual must meet each essential duty satisfactorily.
3 Key Role Objectives/Accountabilities (&
KPIs):
1. Construction and Installation:
Attach fence rail supports to posts using approved methods and materials.
Construct barriers, retaining walls, fences, walls, and gates.
Dig post holes with various tools and set posts in concrete or embed in soil.
Construct multiple fence styles, including but not limited to vinyl, wood, and metal fencing.
2. Materials and Tools Management:
Make rails for fences by sawing lumber or cutting tubing to the required lengths.
Mix and pour concrete around the bases of the posts, or use a no-dig system where applicable.
Manage the materials budgeted for the project to achieve the gross margin percentage goal.
3. General Duties and Maintenance:
Nail pointed slats top and bottom rails to fence posts.
Perform general repair work on existing fence frameworks.
Handle additional duties as assigned and needed, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules.

Skills and Abilities
Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree equivalent (GED)
Experience:
One-year related fencing or construction trades experience preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills and working knowledge of software is preferred
Physical Requirements:
Vision-Must be able to read reports, data, and statistics on a computer screen (75-100%)
Hearing-Must be able to hear and communicate on the telephone and in person (75-100%)
Standing/Walking (75-100%)
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling (75-100%)
Must be able to lift up 100 lbs of force occasionally up to 80 lbs of force frequently, and up to 20 lbs of force consistently to move objects.
