Facility Manager

Supply Chain Management Consulting, LLC is a leading consulting firm in the Aviation &
Aerospace industry, specializing in supply chain optimization. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operations of our company's facilities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement facility maintenance programs and schedules
Manage and coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols
Monitor and evaluate facility operations to identify areas for improvement
Oversee facility security, including access control systems and surveillance cameras
Manage and collaborate with external service providers, contractors, and vendors
Prepare and manage facility budgets and expenses
Provide leadership and guidance to facility staff
Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize facility efficiency
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and expenses
Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management
Knowledge of facility management best practices and industry standards
Strong understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures
Experience with budgeting and financial management
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in computer programs and facility management software
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with building codes and regulations
Professional certifications in facility management are a plus
