As a Facilities Engineer III, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our facilities and utilities systems, supporting the manufacture, packaging and distribution of pharmaceutical.

Requirements
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities and utilities systems, including electricity, gas, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Become the SME for the Building Management System (BMS)
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of critical equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and optimize utility systems' efficiency, including the building management system.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facilities and utilities systems, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and best practices.
Manage and coordinate contractors and vendors for facility-related projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.
Troubleshoot and resolve any facilities or utilities-related issues promptly, minimizing impact on operations.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant technologies and practices into the facility's operations.
Participate in the 24/7 department on-call rotation.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in facilities and utilities engineering, preferably in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.
Knowledge of facilities and utilities systems, including electricity, gas, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and water systems.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as cGMP, MHRA &
HSWA.
Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in computer applications and software related to facilities and utilities management.
