job description

Who We Are:
Museum of Ice Cream is an inclusive &
immersive brand, designed to captivate your sweetest fantasy and sugar-filled daydreams online and IRL. At Museum of Ice Cream, we invite you to believe in the magic of creativity, to remind you that inclusive spaces do exist, and to show you that childlike wonder is worth savoring. What You Will Do:
The Facility Technician (FT) supports their museum site and collaborates with Production, Construction, and Events teams in partnership with the Facilities Manager (FM). You will receive deliverables from the Management Team and General Management, with responsibilities that intersect with operations and respond to the maintenance ticketing system. While much of the heavier work occurs on museum reset days, the FT will actively participate in daily operations, troubleshooting smaller issues with equipment and the building. Additionally, you will assist the FM in executing larger projects, repairs, and maintenance during pre-opening and post-closing shifts. This role directly reports to the on-site Facilities Manager (FM).
