HCI is now hiringa full-time, office-based Administrative Assistant to work in our Construction and Facilities department at our corporate home office in Manhattan, Kansas. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for interacting with vendors and scheduling maintenance activities, processing orders, and researching disputed invoices.
Responsibilities
Assist store managers in multiple states by connecting them with repair technicians or other vendors for various projects.
Ensuring that all projects are driven to completion.
Maintaining accurate records of projects.
Procuring necessary supplies online and equipment from our vendors.
