Our partner in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage maintenance activities across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors and oversee general maintenance of all properties.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Ensure vendors adhere to the scope of work for maintenance and construction projects.
Respond to building issues outside normal business hours, including emergencies and repairs.
Assist with changes to workspace and inventory control.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of facility maintenance experience in small to medium-sized office buildings.
Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with standard tools.
Ability to interpret facility operation-related documents.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass annual motor vehicle check (MVR).
Benefits
Position offers an hourly rate range between $22.55 and $27.02, and is based on relevant work experience and transferrable skills
