Discovery Ranch for Boys is seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. Based in our residential treatment center for adolescent males, you will oversee the maintenance and operations of our 20+ acre campus in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.
As the Facilities Manager at Discovery Ranch, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, safety, and cleanliness of our facilities. This includes overseeing a team of maintenance technicians, managing budgets, coordinating repairs and maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
We are looking for someone who has strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a solid background in facility management. You should have experience in planning and implementing maintenance programs, managing contractors, and ensuring the proper operation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facility-related infrastructure.

Requirements
Please note:
your resume should include education, work experience, certifications, and licenses
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field
Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Strong leadership and management skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
Experience in budget management and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and facility management software
