JOB DETAILS
Day Rotational Shift:
6am-6pm
Pay Rate start at $20-$32 per hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The QC/QA Inspector will insure quality standards by performing Finished Product Audits (FPA), Control Plan audits, follow through of findings for containment &
corrective actions as well asperform other quality-related duties
Conduct audits and inspections of material at all stages, and of each process while providing feedback
Communicate audit findings with production team in process and during standup meetings
Review and analyze audit findings for containment and corrective action follow up with the team
Aid in document control activities – posting documents, follow through with approvers
Use calipers and other measuring devices to conduct standard testing of both finished goods
Aid in identify best practices in the manufacturing of windows
Document non-conformities and oversee completion of NCR activities
Validate product conformance when process adjustments are made
