Summary

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Ag Retail business. We are looking for a Financial Analyst, Expert who will be responsible for FP&
A activity for our Ag Retail operations. This includes, but is not limited to, financial budgeting, Long-Range Planning, forecasting, and financial decision analysis &
business support. This position will execute complex financial analysis and communicate complex information clearly to all levels of management. The position will also work closely with counterparts in our grain, agronomy and energy product lines.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budget process, long-range planning and quarterly financial analysis and reviews.
Enable decision making via the delivery of high impact analysis to operations and leadership.
Enhance and strengthen financial forecasting and analytical capabilities with accuracy.
Assist in developing sophisticated predictive analytics and forecasting models.
Develop and maintain accurate dashboards, models, and reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances.
Partner with leadership to improve, prepare and present Key Performance Indicators and metrics.
Build relationships at all levels of the organization to facilitate collaboration across product lines and support functions to deliver desired outcomes.
Identify financial trends, market drivers, growth opportunities, and track against enterprise strategic initiatives.
Provide training and leadership to team members.
Lead ad hoc projects without significant guidance from leadership.
Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis

Additional Qualifications

Experience working with reporting tools including SAC and PowerBI
Previous experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate spreadsheets, create pivot tables and summarize data from multiple sources
Advanced Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Cloud Planning
Ability to:
Complete assignments independently and handle complex financial activities
Solicit support for ideas and provide sound rationale for recommendations
Work effectively and represent the company's interest with both internal and external stakeholders
Work effectively in multiple information systems/platforms
Maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
Select, develop staff, and work in a team environment to achieve desired results
Demonstrate learning agility with the ability to understand complex business problems
Identify and improve processes with the desire to lead change initiatives

CPA, CMA, or CFA
Experience with the agriculture industry
