Experienced Infant/ Toddler Teacher

Tree Hill Learning Center is seeking an experienced infant/toddler teacher to join our dedicated team. As an infant/toddler teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and care of the youngest members of our community. We provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers to learn and grow, and we are looking for a passionate individual who can provide the highest quality of care and education.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of infants and toddlers.
Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and independence.
Provide loving and responsive care to meet the individual needs of each child.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom, including proper sanitization of toys and equipment.
Collaborate with parents and families to ensure a seamless transition from home to the learning center.
Monitor and assess each child's progress, and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers.
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting, with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of infant/toddler development.
Must hold a relevant degree or certification in early childhood education or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other members of the community.
Exceptional patience, empathy, and the ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for infants and toddlers.
Knowledge of and adherence to health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR certification.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Flexibility to adapt to the needs and schedules of infants and toddlers, including diapering, feeding, and nap times.
