We are seeking a committed and passionate After School Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities for Kensington Elementary.

40 hours a week (Typical work hours are from 10:
00 am - 6:
30 pm)

Minimum Requirements
3 years' experience in a K-12 setting or other youth lead program
1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years college (minimal 48 college units) with 2 years related experience
Ability to work effectively with diverse district/school staff, students, parents, and community members
Available Monday through Friday (10:
00 am - 6:
30 pm)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision, and safety of the program at the school site
Meeting agency and district recording requirements:
attendance, payroll, and compliance
Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus, and your team
Coaching and mentoring of staff
