Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Recruiting Consultant to join our team. As an Executive Recruiting Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top executive talent for our clients. This is a full-time, commission-only position that can be done remotely. However, candidates must follow us on LinkedIn to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential executive candidates
- Build and maintain a network of executive-level professionals through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best executive talent
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency setting
- Proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates in various industries
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
- Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work remotely and follow us on LinkedIn to be considered for this position
