About the team
The FIS Total Rewards function is a global team managing all levels of compensation, benefits, and performance for FIS employees. This position is a member of the Executive Compensation team as part of the FIS Total Rewards function, focusing on executive compensation, equity administration and global compensation governance and compliance. This collaborative team works on challenging and highly visible initiatives across the organization.
About the role
This role reports to the Director of Executive Compensation and will partner on FIS's Executive Compensation strategy, programs, policies, and processes. The role will also support the administration of FIS's equity and other long-term incentive programs. The role will handle sensitive information, manage detailed work independently, and deliver results within set timelines, while collaborating with other stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Human Resources. The role requires a commitment to excellent customer service, empathy, and discretion, while able to work efficiently and with a sense of curiosity and urgency.
What you will be doing
Develop materials for the Compensation Committee Board meetings.
Prepare the executive compensation sections of the annual Proxy statement.
Prepare compensation analyses and present findings to senior leadership.
Collaborate with Accounting, Payroll, Legal and HR teams to address and implement equity compensation initiatives and matters.
Support the administration of equity transactions globally such as granting, exercise, retirements, and terminations, including international compliance and regulatory reporting.
Provide guidance and support for executive compensation-related queries from executives and HR business partners.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Compensation, Stock/Equity administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Added bonus if you have
Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
Experience preparing Proxy related materials including CD&
A tables
A strong understanding of executive compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
Experience communicating effectively across teams, including translating quantitative insights to non-quantitative audiences with a clear, approachable, and collaborative style

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
