Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant you provide administrative support to a Senior VP and direct staff of Senior Directors and Directors. You provide a wide variety of support which may include research and data analysis tasks, preparation of reports and recommendations, and coordination between departments and outside parties. To be successful you will have strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations;
analytical abilities inorder to gather, organize, summarize and report information;
and strict attention todetail in creating communications and presentations.

Job Requirements

Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of executives when appropriate.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Anticipate and address the needs of executives, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
Attend meetings with executives, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes as necessary.
Coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
Conduct research and compile data to assist executives in making informed decisions
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Education

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $99,400 - $139,700. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
