Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on an Estimation Lead. This individual will be joining the Custom Engineering division.
- Prepare work to be estimated by gathering project specifications, prints, and related documents.
- Analyze prints and project details
- Manage project lists and vendor requests
- Input labor and material costs into database and/or excel
- Present estimates to management and other stakeholders
- Continually review work instructions and manuals
- Vet and scheduling projects daily
- Develop employees to maximize potential
- Monitor employee's performance
- Perform employee reviews and assessments
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
