Job Description
Improving IT systems and processes to optimize operational efficiency.
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Setting up accounts for new users and managing access permissions ( preferred Sap Business One Hana – ERP System )
Providing technical support and guidance in person or over the phone
Responding to service issues and requests from employees or customers
Managing 3rdparty company for computer systems and networks supporting company / desktop supporter
Salary:
$25/hr- $30/hr
