Environmental Project Manager - Remediation

Job Description
Our Chicago office is working on some of the most high profile projects in the area with some of the region's top developers. This is a great opportunity to continue to develop your project and client management expertise under the guidance of senior level management.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA), subsurface investigations, remediation work, and/or other project assignments as appropriate.
Manage Phase I/II due diligence assessments, including groundwater and soil sampling, and writing of technical reports with recommendations for remediation, as appropriate
Provide oversight to field staff and subcontractors conducting site investigation and remediation projects
Ensure that project deliverables, milestones, and budgetsare met
Work closely with senior managers in the coordination of work activities to meetmilestones, budgetary limits, deadlines, or other performance indicators.
Prepare, review, andsubmit final reports in accordance with regulations, applicable guidance and policies, and internal quality control standards
