Entry Level Account Manager

Universal Energy Solutions is a leading energy solutions provider that is dedicated to helping organizations optimize their energy usage and reduce costs. We are currently seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team.
As an Entry Level Account Manager at Universal Energy Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to large corporations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
You will collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure successful implementation of energy solutions and to address any client inquiries or concerns. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Manage and build relationships with existing client accounts.
Understand client goals and needs to propose tailored energy solutions.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of energy solutions.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in account management is a plus, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
