Entry Level Account Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts as their primary point of contact.
Understand client needs and requirements to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure successful implementation of energy solutions.
Provide regular updates and reports on client activities, sales opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in account management is a plus, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
