About the team
The team is responsible for overseeing installation of new or upgraded systems both virtual and physical and exploring technology integration and/or infrastructure environment buildouts which are used to support outsourced solutions to external clients. We also maintain the current technology as well as all of the recovery processes, exercises and tests conducted throughout the year.
What you will be doing
Support process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Plans, manages, executes and monitors the activities aligned to key initiatives providing operational transparency, escalation and support for a business segment, group or team.
Ensures strategic objectives are met including management and execution of process efficiency activities, creation and coordination of ongoing program reporting and communication (Key Initiatives tied to Future Forward, Client Escalations and RCA and program engagement activities such as strategy sessions, town halls and success stories).
Interprets needs of our business segment, group and/or team stakeholders, develops corresponding actions plans, executes improvement activities and documents progress. Key steps to include:
· Working with cross-functional and cross-divisional groups to identify inefficient or ineffective processes and identify potential overlapping initiatives or areas for improvement.
· Development of cross-divisional action plans designated to address inefficient or ineffective operational process with common methodologies that can be applied within each autonomous division.
· Development and management of status tracking for key initiatives to allow for enterprise aggregation of initiative implementation, performance, and overall status/health.
May participate in Line of Business-specific routine support activities to learn about the business’ strategic direction. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis and financial reporting. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. This includes leading the business process improvement team to ensure, but not limited to:
- Analyzes and identifies trends in IT performance metrics.
- Designs, monitors, and analyses performance metrics program for quality improvement initiatives.
· Timesheet compliance/reporting.
· Work with Development Management for monthly variance.
· Work with the PMO for any necessary Dashboard Reporting.
What you bring
· Experience in strategy, consulting, or finance in the fintech industry.
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
· Exceptional analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills with ability to understanding drivers and impacts.
· Fast learner with intellectual capacity to function in a highly complex global organization.
· Highly organized, proactive, tenacious, and detail oriented.
· Ability to exercise sound business judgment in decision making.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of technical and non-technical colleagues.
· Excellent problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines.
· Strong sense of integrity and ethics.
