Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions that align with our business goals and objectives. You will work closely with our IT team, business leaders, and external partners to develop and maintain a robust and scalable technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide technology roadmap that supports business objectives and aligns with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their technology needs and provide strategic recommendations for solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that all technology solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all technology solutions and processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
