English Language School Tutor

The English Language School (ELS) tutor works under the direct supervision of ELS Director and in collaboration with the ELS program coordinator.
Qualifications:
Native or near-native fluency in the target language
Experience tutoring and/or working with learners of the target language
Responsibilities:
Tutor the student a set number of hours per week and log those hours biweekly as a timecard;
Communicate regularly with the academic coordinator and the instructor(s) about the sessions;
Be receptive to client needs and suggestions;
Work closely with the instructor(s) of the customized language program to ensure the tutoring is aligned with what is being covered in the courses;
Prepare supplementary materials to be used during tutorial sessions.
