Engineering Manager for Leading Agricultural Solutions Provider
Join a forefront company in the agricultural sector as our Engineering Manager. Based in a dynamic team environment and reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving process efficiency and innovation across our production units.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a talented team of Process Engineers and Senior Process Engineers to elevate plant performance focusing on productivity, reliability, environmental standards, and safety.
Partner with operational teams to execute plant objectives, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Spearhead engineering studies to optimize processes and troubleshoot issues, employing tools such as Hazops and What-If analyses.
Regularly review plant data to monitor performance and implement improvements in system efficiency and process safety.
Engage in root cause analyses and incident investigations, maintaining rigorous adherence to process safety management standards.
Update and maintain essential engineering documentation and support month-end reporting and inventory checks.
Advocate for and integrate the latest technological advancements and innovative practices within the plant operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
At least 5-10 years of engineering experience, preferably in the chemical processing industry, with a significant focus on ammonia or fertilizer production.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams and projects.
