Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

- Lead the team to design, build, optimize e-commerce governance algorithm pipeline using NLP/RESUME/ML to detect and control risks in contents/creators/products/sellers in global markets
- Build, expand and manage the global e-commerce governance algorithm team from scratch
- Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team and ops team to define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 7+ working experience in one of the following fields:
machine learning, NLP and computer vision
- Experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- Experience in leading an engineering team
- Experience in anti-fraud/anti-spam/platform-integrity or related fields is a big plus
- Strong sense of responsibility and good at communication and teamwork
- Passionate about solving complex and challenging problems
- Bilingual prefer Mandarin and English
