Just some of the ways you’ll create value:
- Improve productivity by performing ergonomic evaluations, time studies, simulation, and line balancing
- Design, develop, test and deliver solutions to ensure they are meeting customer, business, operational, technology, and team goals
- Perform cost analysis to understand business impact of designs and show good judgement when making suggestions
- Write technical reports of process and best practices
- Bring new engineering insights into manufacturing practices
Drive communication and collaboration within cross-functional workgroups
Currently pursuing a BS/BA degree in Engineering, Material Science or related discipline with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Preferred - Demonstrated history of holding effective leadership positions (e.G., associations, college groups, etc.)
