Position Purpose:
This position works independently with engineering and maintenance teams to develop the new plant equipment preventive maintenance (PM) following the OEM manuals and in coordination with the O&
M coordinator manager. The areas to cover are mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation.
Primary Duties/responsibilities:
Obtain all equipment manuals and make assets list
Extract the equipment maintenance recommendation from daily, weekly, monthly quarterly, semiannual, annually and hours of operation
Develop a google sheet list by asset and maintenance recommendation as per manufacture
Learn and receive training to utilize VAMS (Veolia Asset Management System)
Input all PMs into system
Run reports or print out PMs to verify data into VAMS
Schedule weekly or Biweekly meetings to track progress and to coordinate work
