Requirements
Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with clients from major hospitals and clinics to conceptualize and develop products tailored to their specific requirements.
Fluidly transition between rapid prototyping and building robust, production-ready software solutions.
Transform vague user challenges into tangible products—from initial proposal and kick-off to development and launch.
Establish engineering standards and best practices, shaping the team's culture and direction.
Contribute to team growth through recruitment efforts and fostering a positive work environment.
Minimum requirements:
Possess 5+ years of engineering experience across diverse product domains.
Thrive in collaborative environments involving various functions, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding the business needs of our users.
Have a keen eye for design, encompassing both code and user interfaces.
Ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to swiftly address user challenges.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing applications using Next.Js and TypeScript.
Proven track record of leading large initiatives spanning engineering teams and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
Excellent communication and writing skills, adept at crafting user-centric documentation and strategic communications to guide team direction.
Prefer simplicity and scalability in solutions and designs, with a knack for intuitive, lasting solutions.
