We are looking for a Senior Client Management Analyst to join Insight Sourcing's Energy Practice, Insight Energy. Our Client Management Analysts provide the foundation for all aspects of ISG’s internal and client-facing projects, with direction from the firm’s experienced leadership. Analysts play a crucial role in building and providing data analysis that will be the basis for client decision making.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Provide support to upper-level management resources in managing each client account through ongoing updates to trackers, development of material, and the development of a professional relationship with each client.
Develop, organize, and update, client trackers that demonstrates value.
Communicate with client to establish forecasted volumes for those deliverables along with monthly nominations, bank balancing, requests for proposals, Market Position Reports (MPR) and Operational Flow Orders (OFO) where applicable. Manage MPR and beginning of RFP process.
Research and understand each client’s industry to tailor these trackers and update calls to the client’s specific goals.
Support Client Executives (CE) in managing relationships with assigned clients. Manage plant level relationships, attend weekly, bi-weekly calls, and prepare required information for call with guidance by CE. Function as secondary point of contact for client contacts and support the maintaining of relationships with assigned customers.
Serve as additional contact within system portals (Salesforce, Capturis) to manage corporate summaries
Conduct ad hoc research and analysis as appropriate.
Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS):
Required:
An environmental / energy, engineering or business degree, or degree in a related field, from a top undergraduate program
Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
Strong analytical skills and capabilities
Exhibiting integrity in judgement and firm relationships
Experience with Microsoft Office products, including the ability to develop and interpret complex models and ad-hoc reports
Ability to effectively take on multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
Limited travel, as needed
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred:
3-5 years of professional experience in the Energy Consulting industry
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment and a capacity for innovation and process improvement
