Resource Innovations is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Chicago, IL.As a Project Coordinator with Resource Innovations, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting large scale commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. You will serve as the face of the program, develop a strong relationship with customers and participating contractors, complete technical reviews of energy efficiency projects, and support the customer during the application process. Successful candidates will enjoy working in a challenging and innovative environment, demonstrate interest in energy efficiency, and have the right mix of technical ability, program expertise, and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate on a day-to-day basis with program subcontractors and Trade Allies to help support their participation in the incentive program offerings.
Establish and maintain a professional customer rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions.
Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings.
Provide technical and customer support to incentive program participants.
Promptly and accurately address customer concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships.
Clearly communicate and collaborate project needs to other program team members in an effort to move projects to completion.
Efficiently manage multiple projects as they move through the program application process, provide timely updates, and ensure our sub-contracts are up to date with program information.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Interest in breaking into the energy efficiency industry, learning about commercial building systems and energy efficiency program implementation.
Previous experience in project coordination or energy efficiency industry experience.
An understanding of building energy systems preferred.
Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff.
Attention to detail and ability to follow process flow of projects from start to finish.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
