THE ROLE:
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with financial services clients (e.G., banks, private equity firms) to develop relationships, acquire new business, and manage project deliverables
Develop relationships with client decision makers, identify leads, and contribute to the development of proposals that turn into client engagements, with a focus on M&
A due diligence
Manage client engagements in M&
A due diligence and maintain quality control, budget, and schedule of deliverables, with a focus on technical and market due diligence
Exceed client expectations of quality
Liaise with the Project Executive on the quality of analysis, strategic input, etc.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
Significant experience within the industry with a specific technical/commercial due diligence experience
Specific experience selling and/or delivering due diligence to the financial services sector (banks, PE, etc.)
Excellent presentation and report writing skills
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Experience of delivering business cases to sponsors and investors
Personal Qualities:
Positive and flexible attitude to work particularly on new initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Business professional English
Diplomatic in meeting and working with people, good cultural awareness
Understanding and commitment to equal opportunities
