Our client, a global Architecture and Design Firm, is looking to hire an End User Support Technician to join their Corporate IT team in Kansas City, MO.
The End User Support Technician will be required to install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade computer equipment throughout the campus and provide Level 1 phone support to end users.
Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Technical school or technical computer repair courses are a plus and may partially substitute for experience.
* Minimum of one year related experience.
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
* Analytical and well organized.
* Good communication skills.
* Must be accurate.
* A+ certification preferred ESPO Corporation
