Emergency Department Nurse Manager

Job Description
Responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, management, and monitoring of an effective and on-going Emergency Department Program.
Responsible to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality of patient care within the Emergency Department.
Responsible for the research, revision, development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures for nursing clinical areas.
Responsible for Nursing Clinical Information Technology in the ED.
Responsible for staffing and scheduling of the ED.
Responsible for working in vacant nursing positions or act as charge RN to assist where and when needed.
Responsible for excellent communications and management of resources and upholding excellent clinical standards of care.
