Job Description
Meet and exceed customer service standards in responding to florists’ internet marketing questions, educating florists on eFlorist product and services, and proactively identifying and addressing opportunities for florists to improve digital marketing performanceAnalyze member florist websites and business situations quickly and accurately, drawing on Teleflora’s resources and other SEO tools (i.E. conduct search keyword research, evaluate paid search performance, and review website analytics)
Develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve technical, design, content, on-page and off-page optimization elements of websites
Be knowledgeable on wide range of topics, including organic optimization, paid search marketing, blog implementation, link-building, etc.Keep current with the latest eCommerce marketing tactics, e.G. SEO, SEM, social media, etc., and maintain expertise on all eFlorist marketing services and products
Work both independently and as a team, in collaboration with other eMarketing Counselors
Manage florist relationships through scheduled phone consultations and unscheduled requests and questions
Design and deliver training classes to various internal and external groups on occasion
