Elementary Pastor

As an Elementary Pastor at Bethel Church of Redding, you will have the opportunity to lead and create impactful experiences for children. You will be responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment that is age-appropriate and accessible to kids of all ages. Leading a team of volunteers, you will guide them in effectively relating to children and ensuring that they learn and speak biblical truths. Additionally, you will play a vital role in pastoral care, providing support and guidance to children as they navigate their faith journey.
Salary Range :
$12,480- $14,976/year
Hours/week :
15-18 hours/week
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should believe in and adhere to the beliefs and values of Bethel Church.
You must be able to pass background checks to ensure the safety of the children.
A passion for training and equipping children as revivalists is essential, along with prior experience working with children.
Strong communication and organizational skills are important, as well as a blend of administrative and pastoral abilities.
